Our magnetic rods are manufactured using highest grade of NdFeB Neodymium magnets to ensure it exhibits highest surface gauss value. These magnetic rods are extremely efficient from separating fine ferrous contamination from free flowing
products.
We can custom manufacture these magnetic rods according to the usage and requirement of our customers. We at JakesM ensure that these magnetic rods exhibit surface gauss value of above 10,500Gs. All magnetic rods are gauss checked
individually before dispatch. Magnetic rod has an outer SS304 pipe in compliance with FDA quality requirement.
These rods have a working temperature tolerance of up to 90째C. These magnetic rods are specifically used to remove fine
iron contamination from products such as tea, sugar, flour, grain and any other types of powder which is either low on moisture content or dry.
Our magnetic rod comes with a default diameter of 25mm but the length can be manufactured
to any custom size.
Each magnetic rod is tapped with M8 thread holes at both ends for ease of installation. We can also provide fully enclosed magnetic rods at both ends without thread holes
